Green hair

Yup. She's gone. But definitely not forgotten! And sorely missed...

I spotted this shot on the flickr blog today. So cool! I loved swimming when I was a kid. I spent a good chunk of my childhood every Summer at the Irvington High School pool. By by the time Fall arrived my hair was colored green from all the chlorine in the water. Ha!

I need to get over to the SC Swim Center and get myself some green hair this year...

This post is for Russ, because I saw this camera--a twin-lens reflex beauty in the best of shades called Blackbird, Fly--and thought he would dig it in a big way. 

And because now that we don't work together I have to send Russ messages electronically, like this one, rather than walking over to his cube and pestering him. Maybe, maybe, he is getting more work done now. I hope he is enjoying enough orange for both of us.

Cheap Summer-wear! Yay!
